How to draw a skirt?
Step 1: Describe the bottom frills of the brim starting from the top layer to the bottom.
Step 2: Start from the lesser up drawing the lines for the frills of the brim.
Step 3: Shade in the folds of the skirt, to add together the volume for the skirt.
Step 4: Shade in with one color the whole skirt
Pace 5: Accept the darker color and shade in the darks on the top and at the lesser of the skirt.
Footstep 6: Add together highlights to the folds that are facing lite.
Step 7: Add the highlights to the skirt and to it's folds.
